Clinique Stay-Matte Oil-Free Foundation. Colour: 09 Neutral £22.50 Link: http://www.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/ stores/servlet/prod_10701_10001_123072007699_-1 |
First is the Clinique Stay-Matte Oil-Free Foundation in the colour '09 Neutral'.
Back in the day, I was always a mineral foundation girl and I used BareMinerals Matte Loose Powder Foundation religiously, but throughout the day I'd end up with patchy skin where the foundation had come off in some areas. More recently, I had switched to a Revlon foundation which turned out to be way too heavy, so after reading dozens of reviews, I bought this Clinique one.. and I LOVE it. It gives perfect coverage, stays in place, is the perfect colour, keeps me matte all day and doesn't take a mountain of powder to set it. It really is amazing and I think I will be using it for a long time.

Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette £38.00 Link to buy: http://www.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/stores/ servlet/prod_10701_10001_123932030999_-1?DM_PersistentCookieCreated=true |
My second favourite has been the Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette. I'm seriously late with this one but I had been contemplating whether or not to buy it for the longest time. I already own the first Naked Palette but I much prefer the 3rd. Everything about it is just perfect- the packaging, the colours, the pigmentation, and even the brush is pretty good. My favourite combo from this palette at the minute would have to be 'Mugshot' in the crease and a little bit of 'Trick' all over the lid.

Sleek blush in 'Rose Gold' £4.49 Link to buy: http://www.sleekmakeup.com/blush-rose-gold |
This next one is the Sleek blush in 'Rose Gold'. I had actually bought this about a year and a half ago but somehow I've only begun to wear it this past month or so. It gives a subtle pink flush of colour to your cheeks without being too shimmery, and it goes perfect with MAC's 'Fanfare' lipstick. Plus, for £4.49, you can't really go wrong. :)

Origins Dr Weil Mega-Bright Moisturiser £39.50.. Link to buy: http://www.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/stores/ servlet/prod_10701_10001_121630100999_-1 |
This one probably should have been my first favourite of the month.. it is the Origins Dr Weil Mega-Bright Skin Tone Correcting Oil-Free Moisturiser. I have always been a massive fan of Origins products (especially their face masks and body creams), so I was curious to try the 'Dr Weil' range. First off, this moisturiser smells absolutely amazing, kind of like citrus/oranges, and it makes my skin look and feel AMAZING. It helps to get rid of any redness and over time, I have noticed the appearance of old scars on my face have been reduced. If you suffer with redness, acne scars or dull-looking skin in general, definitely give this a go! It may seem a bit steep in price for a daily moisturiser, but genuinely worth it.
Lastly are these two gems.. the Tigi S Factor Silky Smooth Moisture Serum, and the Body Booster Plumping Spray. Even if these products were genuinely rubbish, I think I'd still use them just for the scent.. haha (they smell like skittles.) I always use these after I've washed my hair, while my hair is still wet. I spray the 'body booster' all over (although I think you're supposed to just use it at the roots), to give my hair volume and texture, and I apply a tiny bit of the 'silky smooth serum' to the ends of my hair before blow-drying, and it helps to control frizz and keep my hair feeling smooth.
